About Brownsville Fence Company

A simpler way to find a fence contractor

Brownsville Fence Company is a referral service for homeowners, landlords and business owners in Brownsville and the communities toward the coast. We don't build fences ourselves. We match you with independent local fence contractors who do, so you can get a real quote without calling around for days.

Why we do this

The Brownsville area has plenty of skilled fence contractors, but many are small, busy crews. They're on job sites all day, they miss calls and their websites don't always say what kind of fence they build. After a big storm, it gets even harder to reach anyone.

We make that first step easy. You tell us once what you need, and we pass it to a contractor who works in your area and builds that type of fence, whether it's a vinyl privacy fence, an aluminum pool barrier, chain link for a rental or a storm repair.

How it works

1. Call or fill out the form with the type of fence, the rough size and where you are.
2. We pass your request to an independent contractor who works near you and builds that kind of fence.
3. The contractor contacts you, measures and gives you a quote.
4. You decide whether to hire them. The referral is free, and you're never obligated.

About the contractors

The contractor you're matched with runs an independent business and is responsible for their quote, their work and any warranty they offer. Before you sign, ask about insurance, experience and warranty terms. If anything about a referral doesn't feel right, let us know.

Smart things to ask any contractor

• What materials do you recommend for salt air, and why?
• How deep do you set posts, and in what?
• Do you use stainless or galvanized fasteners and hardware?
• Is removing my old fence included?
• Who handles permits or neighborhood approval?
• What does your warranty cover?
• When can you start, and how long will it take?

Your information

When you request a quote, we share your name, phone number and project details with the contractor handling your request. We don't sell your information. See our privacy policy for details.
